So you’re following in the footsteps of Eve and decided to take a bite of the Big Apple, good. An excursion in the concrete jungle will be exactly what you anticipate, a glimpse of glam. New York City offers it all; a place where the young, fly, and flashy play with boys of business and the sophisticated. Just as an overview, you can expect unparalleled dining, tourist attractions that are popular for a purpose, and culture stewed to perfection.
If you don’t want to be eaten alive by the locals, I have tips and tid-bits that will help you blend into the crowd like a city chameleon. I propose you pick my empire state of mind to find the fun and stay tuned.
From here forward, I will walk you through the cut throat crowds to destinations I deem worthy. I will be reviewing the best bites, beds, and attractions around New York City.
If you want to be a part of it, picking the right hotel will make all the difference. Times Square is right in the thick of it, and provides plenty of fun. Staying in a hotel on this strip will insure you get the right atmosphere.

I have to tell you straight up you will be doing a lot of walking, so finding accommodations with convenience will be the best decision you ever made. I checked out the New York Marriot Marquis. Located right on Broadway, this hotel provides convenience to a ton of fun.
Outside each window is the visible energy of Manhattan. There are a plethora of amenities the Marriot Marquis provides, which may mean something to you, but I’m more concerned about the view; I assume you want to spend as little time as possible in the hotel itself. An average night in this joint is roughly $200 and up, depending on the week. This is pretty standard in you want a front row seat to fun. If you’re expecting to pinch pennies, there are places that are off site, but I assure you the Marriot Marquis will be dazzling.
